The draft policies below have been written to start a discussion with the community about what we want our neighbourhood plan to say. These look at the vision and aims of the community, housing, transport and public spaces, energy and water management. We still need to look at character and heritage, open space and biodiversity, commercial uses and our shopping parades and key development sites.
